Let’s Talk About Sex
(Maybe!)
Your Sexuality. Your Power. Your Compass.
Sex isn’t just a physical act—it’s your body, your intuition, and your personal power calling. Too often, people approach it weighed down by other people’s rules, expectations, or judgments. Stop performing for approval. Start feeling pleasure that’s real, grounded, and unapologetically yours.
Through Intuitive Empowerment Coaching, I help you:
Tune deeply into your body and desires
Set boundaries that honor your energy and your truth
Differentiate between what you truly want and what others expect
Step boldly into your sensual, confident, fully empowered self
This isn’t about “fixing” you or following a script. It’s about reclaiming your body, your desires, and your agency—and allowing your sexuality to become a practice in self-knowledge, embodied power, and authentic pleasure.
Your sexuality is wild, intuitive, and entirely yours. Let’s explore it together and unlock the full power of your sensuality.
-
Sexuality is not a sin or a secret—it’s a sacred expression of self.
Intimacy (with others and ourselves) can be one of the most spiritual experiences we have as humans.
Desire is not dangerous—it’s divine. It ignites the hidden self within.
The more we talk about this stuff, the safer we all become. And let’s face it, emotional safety could be the key to unlocking a whole new, more aligned, more confident, more authentic YOU.
-
Women especially have been taught to fear their power—but our bodies literally create life. Even if we never have children, our womb space, our sensuality, our intuition—it’s all deeply intelligent and wildly generative.
Sexual energy is creative energy.
It’s joy. It’s life force.
It’s sacred, beautifully messy, and worth celebrating in all its forms. -
Let’s be real: culture has made an absolute mess of sex.
We’re told to be sexy but not sexual.
To be desired but not desiring.
We’re praised for modesty and punished for confidence.
Words like “dirty,” “naughty,” “slut,” or “tease” get casually tossed around—especially at women—and it keeps us small, silent, and disconnected from our own truth. But we can unlearn that.
We can write a new story—one where sex isn’t about performance or permission, but about pleasure, connection, curiosity, and deep embodiment. -
I’ve written a handful of romantic short stories and I’m now 76,000 words deep (and counting) into writing a full-length romance novel—because, as it turns out, channeling sensuality through storytelling has been one of the most healing and electrifying things I’ve ever done for myself. And just to be clear: this isn’t your typical fade-to-black, vaguely suggestive metaphorical nonsense. The final sex scene? It’s 57 deliciously juicy pages long!
Our erotic energy isn’t shameful—it’s creative power. It’s where our intuition, artistry, and emotional aliveness ignite. It’s incredibly connected to our spiritual selves—and it is sacred. When we treat sexuality as a source of self-trust, presence, and connection, it becomes a path to wholeness, a path toward self-discovery, and (if applicable) a path toward our divine feminine creative energy. And holy hell, is that shit powerful!
You can read some of my spicy short stories here. Warning: Contains erotic and explicit content (which is the whole point).

Through my divorce, I learned just how disconnected I had become from my own sexuality.
No libido. No emotional safety. And a whole lot of guilt.
Sex felt heavy—like obligation, not connection. And honestly? I didn’t know any better. It mirrored what I’d experienced in past relationships. I thought that was just what sex was: performative, dutiful, and kind of… absent. My sex life had “Close your eyes and think of England!” written all over it.
But after the divorce? Something cracked wide open.
Like flipping a switch—my body, my brain, my entire system changed.
It was as if something buried under years of shame and obligation got permission to breathe again.Self-love kicked in. And with it? Self-worth. Emotional safety. Desire. And pure unabashed powerfully femenine sensuality.
Not performative. Not performING.
Actual fully unapologetic, autonomous me. -
Voice acting has become one of my greatest passions. My voice blends empathy, confidence, and emotional depth—shifting effortlessly from soothing calm to sultry intensity. With a background in theater and years of storytelling experience, I understand how tone, timing, and breath can move a listener from curiosity to goosebumps.
Versatile and expressive, I bring words to life across genres—romance narration, children’s stories, and guided meditations—delivering performances that feel real, magnetic, and unforgettable.

So… Let’s Talk About Sex (Or Not!)
I’m not here to push or judge. I’m here to invite you home to yourself—all of yourself, including your sensual, wild, unapologetic self.
Unlearn the shame. Get curious. Be free.
And YOU get to fully own whatever that looks like—whether your flavor of passion is Vanilla Bean, Espresso Crunch, Rainbow Sorbet, Poly Plum Pudding, or Cacao & Chains. There’s zero judgment here. This is your sexuality, your rules, your power.
I’m not a sex therapist or a “sex goddess.” I’m a woman on a real-ass journey, and I believe erotic energy is fuel for your life, creativity, and confidence.
When you feel safe in your body, your desire, and your truth, you become whole, powerful, and unapologetically you. That’s the magic.
